Consumers have gotten used to seeing hospitality brands through a professional lens that does not quite match up with reality. Loews wanted to show their guests something beyond the generic hospitality ads they were used to. Through the #TravelForReal campaign, we helped Loews showcase a more genuine guest experience across the brand by using real images from real guests’ social media accounts. These tagged images provided a constant flow of fresh content for the creative.
With a fully integrated campaign we were able to showcase all of Loews’ 24 properties through the eyes of real people. Through this campaign we highlighted the hotel’s amenities, and also showcased the broad array of guests and their many reasons for traveling.
#TravelForReal allows Loews to connect with their guests in a way that they never have before. Through print ads and digital banners we turned the spotlight onto the guests. The in-room pieces, room keys, and amenity cards are all property-specific. We also integrated the campaign into the Loews website. Each property page features a live Instagram feed and #TravelForReal is featured on a microsite within the Loews site where guest photographs are constantly updated.
